Cancel renewal
Wrkr is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Use the Stripe billing portal linked from your account’s billing area. If you cannot access it, email support@wrkr.dev from your account address. We may verify the request before changing billing, without requiring unnecessary steps. A timely cancellation request received before renewal will be honored even if support processes it later. Retain the confirmation, which will show the exact paid-through date and time.
Your existing paid access continues to that date and renewal stops. For example, a September 12–October 12 period ends on October 12 if you cancel on September 20. Deleting one worker does not cancel your subscription. Cancelling Wrkr does not cancel your separate AI-provider plan.
Refunds
We do not normally refund unused days when you cancel during a paid month. We correct duplicate or incorrect charges and refund paid access that we could not deliver. If you experience a material service failure, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy described in the Terms. If you believe a renewal was accidental, contact us promptly; we will review the circumstances and any applicable rights rather than impose an undisclosed guarantee.
Send your account email, payment date, receipt reference and a brief explanation. Do not send full card numbers or login credentials. Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within five business days of approval; your bank or payment provider controls the time until the funds appear. We will confirm the amount and status. No administrative refund fee is deducted from a refund we are required to provide.
Correcting a duplicate or incorrect charge does not by itself cancel valid paid access. Where a refund accompanies ending the service, we will confirm the service-end date, stopped renewals and export arrangements. A refund is not a reason for unannounced immediate data deletion. No renewals continue after a confirmed termination. If a charge slips through after a timely cancellation request, we will reverse it rather than require another cancellation request.
Consumer withdrawal rights
This policy does not limit rights required by law. For eligible EU distance-service contracts, the ordinary withdrawal period is 14 days from entering the contract; local rules may provide additional rights. The required pre-contract notice explains the period applicable to you. Where a statutory cooling-off period applies, you may exercise it by sending a clear statement to support@wrkr.dev identifying your account, the service and the purchase date. No special wording is necessary.
Where required, we will separately ask whether you want service to begin during that period and explain the effect of that request before payment. We will not treat a recurring cloud service as a downloaded file or claim that merely signing in automatically waives your rights. Any permitted deduction for service actually supplied must be disclosed and lawful. Statutory refund deadlines take precedence over our ordinary processing target.
