Refunds and cancellation

You can cancel at any time on your account page (Leave Wrkr, which opens Stripe’s page for it) or at link.com. If you cannot reach these, email support@wrkr.dev from your account email address. We honor a cancellation request received before your renewal, even if we process it later.

If you cancel during your 7-day free trial, nothing is charged, and your worker keeps running until the trial ends. If you cancel after it, your worker keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for and you are not charged again; part of a month is not refunded. For example, if you cancel on September 20 in a September 12 to October 12 period, your access ends on October 12.

Cancelling Wrkr does not cancel your plan with your AI provider. If you pay by UPI AutoPay, nothing is debited after your subscription ends, and you can remove the AutoPay in your UPI app at any time.

Refunds are paid by Link, our merchant of record. To ask for one, email support@wrkr.dev or contact Link’s support at support.link.com. Link may refund a payment within 60 days of it under its own refund policy. If we refund a whole payment, your subscription ends with it and your worker’s computer turns off at once. If you are charged after cancelling in time, we refund the charge.

A refund goes back to the card or UPI account you paid from, including its tax. Card refunds usually take 5 to 10 working days to arrive, and your bank decides when the money appears.

For help with a payment, email support@wrkr.dev with your account email, the payment date, your receipt reference and a short description. Never send card numbers or passwords.

This policy does not limit your legal rights, including any right to cancel or withdraw from a purchase. Stripe and Link handle these requests under Link’s refund policy, and support@wrkr.dev can help you use them. If you dispute a payment with your bank, Stripe answers the dispute as our merchant of record.
