Wrkr is an online service; no physical goods are shipped. A website invitation request is not a purchase, a capacity reservation or immediate account access.
Before payment, your invitation and purchase page identify the available plan, requirements and renewal terms. We check capacity before accepting a paid order. Paid access will be activated within one hour of verified payment, or we will refund the undelivered order. We provide access through your Wrkr account and the instructions sent to your account email. Keep that address current and check filtered mail if instructions do not arrive.
If payment succeeds but activation fails, contact support with the receipt reference; do not pay a second time. We will resolve activation or refund the undelivered service. If access has not been activated within one hour of verified payment, we will initiate the refund process for the undelivered order; you do not need to make another payment or wait indefinitely. The billing period begins when paid access is made available, not when you join the invitation list.
Third-party AI access remains your responsibility and is billed separately. A provider limit, website verification or interrupted external service can prevent a particular task even while your Wrkr computer is available. These limits do not remove rights concerning Wrkr's own failures.
Wrkr is intended for customers internationally, subject to legal, payment-provider and service eligibility restrictions. Acceptance of a card is not a guarantee of eligibility. We may ask for proportionate information to check location or account eligibility before providing access. Do not misrepresent your location or identity to bypass a restriction. If we cannot lawfully supply paid access, we will explain the outcome and handle payment as applicable law permits.
