Digital service delivery

Wrkr is an online service, and nothing is shipped. You sign up only by completing checkout in the Wrkr shop. Before you sign up, the shop shows the plan, the free trial, the price, requirements and renewal terms, and we confirm that a place is available before we accept your sign-up.

Your worker is ready within an hour of signing up. You get access through your Wrkr account and the instructions we email to the address you signed up with; check your spam folder if they do not arrive, and contact support if your worker is not ready within an hour. Your free trial starts when you sign up, and your first payment is taken when it ends, 7 days later.

Your AI service is billed separately by its provider. A provider’s limit, a website’s checks or an outside outage can stop a task while your worker keeps running; this does not affect your rights if Wrkr itself fails.

Wrkr is sold in the countries where our payment provider handles the tax and the law allows. If you sign up from anywhere else, we tell you, cancel your sign-up and charge nothing. Do not misrepresent your location or identity to get around a restriction.
