This notice explains how Obra Inc (“Wrkr,” “we” or “us”) handles personal information on the public Wrkr website and when you email support. The Service privacy policy covers the Wrkr service and the shop.

• Visits: your browser sends your IP address and technical details to load our pages. We use them only to deliver pages and protect the website.
• Page counts: daily counts of homepage views. Your browser sorts the site that referred you into a broad category (Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Claude, internal, other or unknown) and sends only that category. We keep no visitor identifiers, addresses of pages, referrers or browser details, and we honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
• Support emails: your contact details, your message and anything you choose to share, used to answer you and handle privacy or abuse reports. Never send passwords, sign-in codes or card details.

The website uses no cookies or browser storage, and serves all its pages, fonts and scripts itself. Other websites you open from ours have their own privacy practices.

Hetzner hosts the website and our support email in the European Union. Support may answer you from outside Europe. We disclose information when the law requires it, or when needed to protect people, investigate abuse or establish legal claims. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Daily counts are kept for 90 days. Support emails are kept as long as needed to resolve your request and for legal records. Ask support@wrkr.dev to delete yours, and we will explain any legal exception.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to withdraw consent. To use these rights, email support@wrkr.dev. We may ask for information to verify your request, and we respond within the time the law requires. You may also complain to your data-protection authority.

Where the law requires a legal basis, we rely on our legitimate interest in running and securing the website, answering you and understanding overall interest, and on your consent where required. The website makes no automated decisions about you.

The website uses HTTPS, and only the people who need it can access its records. We post changes to this notice on this page.
