WRKR / WORKERS & FILES

Keep each kind of work together.

Separate workspaces for different responsibilities. Projects and threads keep the work inside them organized.

Account → worker → project → thread

Account
Your access to Wrkr and the computer allocation your workers share.
Worker
A working environment with its own files, browser sessions and website sign-ins.
Project
A folder for related work and saved files inside a worker.
Thread
A conversation about that work. A fresh thread can use existing project files.

Projects and threads organize a worker; they do not create separate browser sign-ins or filesystem access boundaries. Use a different worker when you need that separation.

Save the result, not just the conversation

Ask your worker to save useful outputs and important decisions in the project. Use Files to open supported previews or download a copy. A new conversation can read those files; it does not automatically remember every earlier message.

BEFORE A FRESH THREAD

“Save a handover note in this project: what we decided, which files matter and what remains to do.”

Website sign-ins belong to the worker

A website login in Work’s browser stays with Work. Personal has its own browser sessions. AI-provider connections are available across your own workers; these are different from website sign-ins.

Create, pause and remove

Create another worker as a new responsibility appears. Workers share your account’s resources and provider allowances, so more workers do not mean unlimited concurrent work.

Before removing a worker, download anything you need. Removing a worker and cancelling a subscription are different actions. Contact support about data removal or recovery; do not assume a removed worker can always be restored.
